You fools! If it is
going to take 25 years it is going to cost a lot more than $15 billion! Read Trillions!!!
This city was already raised above street level once! And for all the hoopla of it being a
financial center it did very little to protect the nation from the mortgage
crisis.
We would be better off depopulating the city and
quarantining it and then quickly damning and flooding it! Corporate interests
have bought up most of the farmland in the United States and those are owned by
your financial industry like that which resides in Chicago.
There would no longer be any justification
for commodity trading because it would all be organic farming! That land would be reallocated to those who
would like to farm for a living. And the
Health Insurance industry should go the way of the Chicago Financial district
too! There is a great drug abuse problem
in Chicago so drug dealers should be executed.
I have more respect for a man that begs for a living on the street
corner than I do for a drug dealer! In
terms of American Health Care we will be more responsible and revert to the
Jewish Law whereby one cannot incur a “Crippling Debt!” Which means that all health care visits less
that $300 will be paid out of pocket and those over; well that $300 is the
limit! There can be no wine presses in
this new world order, same principles as applies to drug dealers!
And once you quick damn those rivers, yes rivers, then you
net all those Asian Carp out and they are your source of organic
fertilizer! In fact they are so hard to
kill you will have a constant source of fertilizer!
And the goal would be to level the entire city of Chicago
and mine it for metals and aggregate! But that could be done at your
leisure! In fact the dynamite sales to
the consumer might be the next great industry!
They won’t be called Indian Mounds!
Part II, this is where I calmed down.
Asian Carp
You would think that with all the
Specialty Chemical Industrial's in the area somebody would be netting those
fish up so fast to be used in products that it would no longer be a problem!
For example fish oil is the main ingredient in WD-40! And could it be dried and
used in animal feed? What about the big Cargills and the like; you know the
ones that produce the proprietary seed that are likely to lead to a great
famine someday? How come they haven't jumped on the opportunity! Honest to God
start a market for that product and boaters will be netting them so fast the
problem will be lessened! Net, Kill and then load in trucks to be taken to
processing plants. If we can process hogs we can also process Asian Carp. And
in laymen's terms; squeezing the juice out of them for industrial products
whereby what you have left over is considerably dehydrated; and hence could be
easily dried and packaged? If you wait 25 years at some point during those 25
years they will have already "leaped" out of the barrier or swam straight
through it! And there would have to be restrictions on transport of the fish
eggs. But what is interesting here too is that the Army or our National guard
should have been responsible for seeing that ships bilges did not make it that
far in the first place? Couldn't get anyone to clean their own Navy bilges? And
now they do not even consider that as part of the problem. This is why our
constitution prevents us from maintaining an Army in time of peace!!! Did that
army in times of peace prevent the heroin epidemic? Did they defeat organized
crime in prohibition? No! In fact FDR's money came from a Ponzie scheme that
exacerbated the great stock market crash and he also repealed prohibition! That
Ponzie scheme is still going on today and is the source of all of the Financial
Districts profits!!! First we need to shut it down in the United States and
then we need to spread our Constitution the world over!

PS when I was a boy we caught a Carp in a pond in Iowa! We brought it back to my grandmother Millie and reluctantly she filleted it and fried it in butter and flour! I remember it tasting pretty good! And I had a very picky appetite! I might get an Illinois Fishing license and head on down there to see what all the fuss is about. I will do that when the rivers un-thaw! And of course I will have to find a good spot. When I worked there in 1991 there would be black men fishing for carp in the harbors and netting pretty big ones and keeping them. Oddly enough they say it tastes like Cod or Tilapia. Wait a minute, the problem why you wouldn't want to eat those is because they come from feces and pollutant born water! But we ought to be able to try some caught freshly just to see what the issue is. And by the way it looks we might be getting stuck with them. And our lack of Government responsibility means like the voice always says' to me, "Get used to it." And maybe the fact that they do not taste bad is implicit in the Corp of Engineers study! Even though they are not divulging it. And I doubt that a fancy Chicago woman wearing Russian Gold would be able to tell the difference in taste between Asian Carp and Cod or Tilapia; likely a result from a daunted upbringing. Same goes for the males of Chicago. Now when I was a boy if you had a big carp on the line in Lake Michigan it put up a h3ll of a fight! They turn their bodies to the side when you try and reel them in like the Small Mouth Bass does!!!!!
Now this guy here say's the exact same thing! Check it out!!!!

And perhaps the solution is to not require a fishing license for anyone fishing for Asian Carp in Illinois? Or maybe you can just use your license from a different state?
