Basted it with rice bran oil, honey, thyme, ginger powder and Cilantro Powder!
Baked in the griddle under the broiler!
It had a hint of Lobster like flavor to it. A little cream of rice taste too. Very smooth. The layer of fat was white and I did not eat that part.
