If a group of people conspired to make a human beings mentally ill by using high technology to harass them and make them hear voices in their heads, should they not get the Gas Chamber?
Isn't that a crime that is so horrific that it is a Crime Against Humanity and therefore punishable by death sentence anywhere in the world accept the United States?
