That is what I just heard on the radio that 1000's of people were tortured and suffocated by the Chicago Police in the 70's and 80's.
Why don't they do it anymore? Because they found out a way to torture someone so that it doesn't leave any indication of the person being tortured other than the confusion from attrition fraudulently labeled mental illness.
Because they can direct drug overdoses and shootings to people that they don't like (those with human based cognition.)
