Constitutional Amendment needed to Clarify and support the Second Amendment 12 04 2015
Anyone who is attempting to take your gun from you can be deemed to use it to kill you with; hence you have the right to use deadly force against anyone attempting to take your gun; without you being subjected to prosecution, due process or sentencing.
