Something needs to be done about Reverse Split/Dilution Financing 12 03 2015
Perhaps no matter how you slice it after a reverse split when new shares are issued the old owners retain their same ownership percentage whether they participate in new share offering or not.
This rewards the owners with the most faith in the company. And not the market manipulators.
But perhaps this concept would stick it to the later owners who had faith that was based on fraud. And the original investor/crooks are rewarded?
What really bothers me is that the United States citizen will bail out the major banks for every single bad investment they ever make; however when a member of the public personally made that EXACT SAME investment they are not bailed out! That is unfair. It is organized crime crooked!
How would an Investment Banker feel if he knew, per the above, that he never earned his money or living?
