Congress can make no law with respect to religion! But they have indeed with regard to granting limited liability to corporate America. It gets its roots in modern business law. How you can indeed be harmed and never receive consideration commensurate with damages! That is illegal!
A large amount of that needs to be excised from this country.
And it isn't going to be done by a Supreme Court member that has a curdled forebrain! I.e.-Non-schizophrenic!
That layer creates a big delay in our justice system that makes it ineffective! We need to change that instance to make the reality of it a lot more swift! There can no longer be any more emotional swaying of weak minded jurors!
Will we be putting a lot of companies out of business? If they aren't hiring legitimate Americans effectively they are not in business in the United States already.
I believe in the death penalty for companies that produced and sold products that killed people. And sure you say, a leader who was that strict would be killed like Kennedy was. Not if you execute the criminals quick enough! It is the difference between effectively disciplining a child so that they repent and the results you get when you don't and it isn't effective. Fear of death from committing a crime should be a standard emotion in the minds of men, women and children! We don't have that here today! When you have fear of death you know not to do any wrong!
I was reading the Quran today. It has a lot better logic and principle concerning marriage and divorce than the Bible. The mind "in" the Quran is very clear! There is very little pretense! There is very little ambiguity caused by pretense. (There is some in the framework of always being required to think of God rather than your wife and family coming first. And for that specific matter it is a lot of puff; meaning a satanic way to manipulate and control humanity. But when it wants you to think about God first it really means for you to reason with and develop a human conscience. The problem is that Satan then overseas and profits from your ideas and works and not you. It puts a mentally defective person in the middle between you and the prosperity that you deserve.) But one thing it said was, "A child should never be a burden to a parent!" That resonates with me! Do you see how a child who is a burden to a parent would grow up and need limited liability for all their actions related to making money?
