Do major U.S. fertilizer Corporations sell fertilizer or genetically engineered seed to the Mexican and Colombian Poppy (heroin) producers?

Do major U.S. fertilizer Corporations sell fertilizer or genetically engineered seed to the Mexican and Colombian Poppy (heroin) producers?  Farming drugs and transportation is a big industry where high level education logistics skills are applied?

These are big farming families?  Maybe Mitt Romney could tell use or find out who they are ~ he has relatives that farm in Mexico? 

And are you telling me our Department of Defense has not worked in coordination with such farmers in Afghanistan?  It is said that Heroin production there has gone up many fold( not sure of start and end times of statistic.) 

And again was fertilizer/ genetic seed shipped there from U.S. Corporations?  It would have been what they call a “Business opportunity?”  Corporations that lobby money to the United States Government so that their profit directive is not compromised?

Are the drugs farmed with slave labor?  Slave equivalent labor?  Addict slave labor?

And what are the common birth defects of a heroin baby?

Where were these farmers/logistics people educated?  Who paid for it?  Was it done by scholarship?  Somebody would know from a college network who worked down there or had connections there?
