I would consider any order a mentally defective person, promoted to leadership gave me as an illegal order to follow.
Why? They because they don't have the mental capacity to make legitimate orders for themselves neither should they for a normal human being.
And they could have Wilson's Syndrome, high verbal ability and low IQ.
One of the Doctors who mentally examined FDR who fraudulently legalized alcohol had nothing good to say about him! That one was likely telling the truth.
