Money may no longer be loaned to this individual or related parties.
Nor may they be allowed to receive exorbitant gifts or compensation.
That is the only way you clean up the mess in the environment that they created and prevent it from being recreated!
I thought of this in relation to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. And it does indeed ultimately mean wealth redistribution and eugenics so that environmental pollution is not created again.
Another way of saying it would be, "This was not a son of man."
