For a person to be that mean they have to be mentally retarded. Because it isn't human nature to be that mean! And that mental retardation may be seen in brain scans whereby the damage from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is irreversible. It also might be inherited; thereby genetic.

Again it isn't human nature to be that mean. So say a prayer for those that are not one of us. That they might learn to live peacefully with the rest of us. That at some point in their lives they will be able to learn for themselves. That bad parents don't raise them to be envious of the works of men and full of anxiety and fear about the skills they don't have but should. So that they can honestly compare themselves to anyone, be truthful about it and content with who they are. So that they do not fear those who were born from good families. So that they do not fear what were not their ideas. So that they have the courage to admit when someone else is better than them. So that they have the courage to act with sportsmanlike conduct. So that they have the courage to live fairly in free countries. So that they have the courage to obey the human rights of other people. So that they have the courage to resist being mean to everyone. So that they have the courage to live in humility for all of their lives bad deeds.
