Franklin Delano Roosevelt violated Article 5 of the United States Constitution 08 05 2015
He created the 21st Amendment that repealed the 18th Amendment.
But when he did so he also secured the rights to sell foreign liquor in the United States for his Roosevelt family. That is not consistent with Article 5. It is a fraudulent reason to change the Constitution based on money.
FDR did not protect the 18 Amendment! Hence he committed treason. It could not be repealed because FDR took an oath to protect it that he violated!
And what about Gun Control? Should we change the Constitution because we have a great many people who are not up to the standard of intelligence of owning a gun? Should we change it because blacks are highly likely to kill blacks with guns and whites too? The answer should be that you deport any and all who cannot comply with the standard of the nation of men.
To protect the United States Constitution.
1. Once a criminal is freed from prison he is given his gun back.
2. The criminal stays in prison.
3. The criminal is executed.
4. The criminal is deported.
