How to cook today's ground beef  01 12 2016

Take it out of the freezer.  Slice off what you can with a very sturdy knife.

Then place that directly in hot tap water to thaw and also get all that blood out of it! 

Then cook that as you usually would on the stove top or broiler.

You will find out that it tastes much better and is a lot easier on the stomach.

You never heard contrarian advice like that in your life time!

In terms of metabolism cycling the antibiotics/drugs/chemical dopes go into the blood first before they take residence in the tissue?  Wash that blood out of it!

It is too bad that it has to be that way.
