He could take a photograph of it and place it in a CAD machine. Then a foam brick would be placed on one side of a small conveyor. As it ran through the machine it could be cut to size in less than 15 minutes. Then a coating machine could spray a clear base primer coat on it of epoxy skin. It could be rapidly cured in the next machine. Then machine after that could paint it exactly as it is on the image and again it could be quick cured.
The process could take less than one hour and a clown could do it.
And the materials used are the same ones that because of their production are polluting our water so that there are fewer trophy fish! He could sell it for $50 a piece and make a profit! There would soon be fish on the walls everywhere and none in the lakes because the byproducts of the material to create the man made fish on the walls prevented any new fish from living!
