In the future it will be illegal to
sell, market to or give alcohol to a person who has had a case of
mental illness in their family lineage. Determination of mental
illness will also include criminal convictions in that same family
lineage as well as birth defects that are linked to mental
retardation; including dyslexia!
We have seen enough of blaming the victim in the United States and it is time for the last to be first.
