That a Doctor, who is practicing in the United States, can never charge more than what Social Security Medicare or other Government sponsored plans will pay for that service!
We elected our Government officials and our Government determined what is indeed a fair price for those services! They have indeed created a list that they go by! So that should be the end of it!
Therefore there can be no Premium Doctors or Health care services! For such a Doctor to charge a Premium would automatically void their license to practice medicine in the United States!
The ancient Jews had a law whereby one could not incur a crippling burden of debt. Which means that they could never have to work until they are crippled to pay it off. There is no more a valid place to institute that law when it comes to health care services whereby a patient is often receiving the Doctors treatment for some injury that could potentially permanently cripple them or leave them crippled! And paragraphs 1 and 3 address that in this petition!

And you won't know until it is too late what your private health insurance covered and didn't. As a matter of fact it is true of all insurance. Why? Because the legalese and interpretations are not clear to the average person.
