All Commercial and work in buildings should be required to maintain Air Quality Standards
A lot of stores have very dry air!
Stores should be required to have ion purification, Ultraviolet light based in vent filtration, HEPA Filter and also a humidity control unit that automatically raises the humidity when needed!
They won't want to do that because the ion purification will interfere with subliminal marketing and influencing systems.
They can NIXON an entire economy with surveillance technology but the most important thing, the workers health they willfully ignore!
And once forced to comply with that what is coming on the smokestacks will have to be addressed by them to in order to save on costs of clean air in the other buildings!
