On Judgment 03 14 2014
Okay Freedom from Mental Slavery posted this as a banner and
I responded with the following philosophical observations. And very well they could post the same thing
next time and I might respond with what might seem a contraction to what I
wrote here!
Commentary on this:
“Don’t judge people. You never know what kind of battle they are
fighting.”
Thomas
Murphy
If
they are fighting you then in defense of yourself you do judge them! For if you
cannot judge them then you no longer exist? Can you not judge someone for
harming innocent people? We allow judges to judge, so that means we have to
have judgment ability in order to have judges! Or at least that is how it is
assumed to be?
So I believe the conclusion is very different than what is
implied! We do not know what kind of battle they are fighting? Should we not
judge a person who fights us rather than their own battle? Can we not judge a
person that refuses to fight themselves as weak? Very good topic! And cannot we
not judge those who would use a pagan scapegoat behind a religious facade?
Freedom from Mental Slavery..... you might have just showed you are part of the
problem of mental slavery? Rather than judge them we are to be their victims
and scapegoats!!! That is the nature of modern religion that you have fought
quite a bit here!
And here is another one, instead
of "Judge not lest you be judged," The more accurate aphorism would
be, "Judge lest you not be victimized!" Or "Judge lest you not
be victimized by what you failed to judge!" In other words don't let the
criminal off the hook lest you be the next victim!
Thomas
Murphy
The
argument in the picture above pre-assumes that the person being judged is being
judged guilty! Sometimes people are judged innocent! And when that happens then
we look for the real criminals. So from the standpoint of that argument is tit
for tat! If you judge me guilty I will judge you guilty of something! And how
do we assume that you know that we are guilty of something? But you assume when
you say it that you know that you will be judged guilty! That statement above
comes from the mind of a woman or the watching primate that would defend its
own ill nature? But more to the point of the issue is the reason we assume we
are guilty in judgment? Wait a minute here is the defect in thought! The person
above who made that statement knows he/she is guilty and want's you to believe
you are guilty too! But you by comparison have a rational mind and a human
conscience and know that you are not guilty! But in effect the author wants you
to be guilty for having a rational mind and human conscience? Don't judge me
because I have the same mind as you? Doesn't hold water does it! For the reason
2 sentences ago; in definition! This one picks a part a great difference
doesn't it! Perhaps the Bible states it best, (paraphrased from memory)
"There is a wide chasm between you and them that can never be
crossed" The gestalt of that statement in the picture is that the one who
said it is frustrated with being human! And that is a sign of mental defect; of
helplessness! So that is not really their fault or is it? That would be the
center of the debate! Has to do with trying? Because they are frustrated with
being human they pose the threat of assuming power and being the one to cast
judgment upon those who see they are guilty! More of a gestalt here! The person
who believes that above believes that the might rule! And as we are unraveling
their psyche we see that the cause of that belief would be that they were ruled
by the might; meaning barbaric! The person above view of justice is therefore
that to learn right from wrong is a matter of dominance rather than human
conscience and human reason! Okay I am glad you posted that! Because it allowed
me to consider the other side of the issue! You can see at least three
instances where I did not judge the persons actions as being their fault! But
if they did something bad they did indeed create a victim and hence should be
judged guilty? So how I look at all of this is that we need to remove those
things that make people mentally defective in our society! First and foremost
is alcohol! And alcohol is unconstitutional! I have gone into that logic
theorem before so by this point someone else can post it! And what if indeed
the judge is crooked? Some are! Do you know the judge is crooked? And perhaps
the best that we have to offer in terms of judges is not good enough! Again
relates to the cause of mental defect above. Copyright 2014 Thomas Paul Murphy

For
example, a monkey has me in a cage, he is beating a drum outside that cage all day
long. I am freed from the cage and incoherent and judged mentally ill! The
monkey had no right to neither put me in the cage nor judge me! The monkey is
guilty!
