Article 4 of the United States Constitution- the straighten out the knuckleheads article 04 09 2014

Article 4 of the Constitution- the straighten out the knuckleheads article   04 09 2014

Article 4 Section 2-1

"The citizens of each State shall be entitled to ALL privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states."

Per my interpretation, that means that when a discrepancy between state laws arise you can apply whichever one you want in your defense!  Why?  Because it forces the legislature to think about your human rights and grant them.  If their is one knucklehead judge or Governor he is forced to comply with the several states which have been proven already to be in conformity with the Supreme law of the land.

What this law is designed to do is force the knuckleheads to stay in balance with the Union of the States!  And there really are no special circumstances one state can decry that cannot be rationalized to be wrong!

We saw this issue come into play with the concealed carry law!  It should not have had to come even to that far because it is your right per the Constitution in the Second amendment.

I believe that states should be able to levy temporary taxes for special needs but when there is no disparity of natural resources then State Taxes should be the same from state to state.

Also with regard to fines imposed on you in the Article 1 section 9-4 the United States Government may not single you out with a fine or tax  (This has already been done to me and it is illegal!)

"No capitation, [or other direct,] tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken."  Some of us legitimate Human Beings might indeed have a rebate coming with interest on a Capitation Tax!
