I think we need a National Law whereby all businesses in retail have to provide free and unbiased use of their toilet.
This may be at the core of many conflicts? And lets say you are walking in your neighborhood and have to use a restroom. Do you really want to here that business owner use a stern tone with you about you having to buy something to use it? This is the United States and you were given the entitlement to do business here! Some of you were given an entitled you never deserved under the limited liability of a Corporation. I think it needs to go the other way quite a bit more! And that is called community building!
If you decide to go into business you should be granted limited liability and therefore greater rights than the rest of us? No it should be the other way! If you are to go into business you should be a lot more responsible with regard to the lives of other people; or you should not be in business!
Limited liability for your own actions? Somehow we transitioned away from the original purpose of granting a Company corporate status, it had to serve the public good! That umbrella comes down and should be gone when you produce goods with foreign labor! Your benefit to the American public no longer exists because for whatever reason you employed in a foreign country instead! So if you can't have it then no one else should be granted it either! And the Corporate concept of limited liability has to and will be dissolved! Just to let you know what is coming!
