Defacto Legalization of Marijauna in Colorado and now a Shooting?
Two facts from ABC news so far.
1. He moved to Colorado and is 24 years old. (Marijuana is defacto legal in Colorado!!!!)
2. His mother was not suprised.
I will wait until I hear all the facts before I comment further.
