Generation and storage of electricity from an elevators braking system? This should be mandated on every facility that has an elevator and also on new construction ASAP. This is of course if you care about the American son's and daughters you send off to war to procure energy and also the health of the entire world! It should be mandated. There should not be any of this voucher or tax evasion of responsibility for environmental compliance initiatives set forth by the EPA!
