We need a more accurate and meaningful LEGAL definition of Due Process 03 06 2015

We need a more Accurate and Meaningful LEGAL definition of Due Process 03 06 2015

That is what I think when I read that delinquent slum properties are likely being used and collateral for sure thing projects.

Due Process could indeed mean we asked you a question we know that you know the answer to and you did not tell us.

It doesn't violate the 5th Amendment either does it.  Because you had the right not to tell us.  But we still have constructive evidence that you knew the answer.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

When we have constructive evidence of you knowing the answer and you elect not to tell us does that "compel" you to tell us?  Lets look up the exact definition.

compel

[kuh m-pel]
verb (used with object), compelled, compelling.
1.
to force or drive, especially to a course of action:
His disregard of the rules compels us to dismiss him.
2.
to secure or bring about by force.
3.
to force to submit; subdue.
4.
to overpower.
5.
Archaic. to drive together; unite by force; herd.
verb (used without object), compelled, compelling.
6.
to use force.
7.
to have a powerful and irresistible effect, influence, etc.

So we find you guilty with constructive evidence does that then compel you to bear witness against yourself?  No it compels you to bear witness FOR yourself!!!  HAHA!

Are unattended to slum houses a persons private property?  Property being defined as something you respect in ownership?  Is it really your property if you do not strive to keep the value of it up. What if you want to make that property worse so the neighborhood becomes worse so that you can eventually buy more and then bulldoze them to put up something else?  While getting a lucrative development contract to do so?

Private Property would seem to me to be your place of residence, perhaps one second home, your factory and manufacturing assets and transportation equipment.  Are items listed on a Corporations balance sheet private property?  No!  Because in order for that pass through provision to be true it would have to mean that you as a person have limited liability for any and all actions in life; and that is Divine Right, something our Constitution was designed to protect us from.  It also amounts to Congress granting you a title of nobility because you have the same rights as nobility; and that is illegal per the United States Constitution.  Now you can argue semantically all you want but the gestalt or logic of my argument is unbreakable.  One could say we have constructive evidence of Treason in a great many unpunished crimes?   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason

Yes it is per that definition
