Long needed reform that will help bypass a weak willed and likely corrupted Drug Administration.
If it goes through it will be found to regulate and control more than tobacco use.
How come they did not think of this in the United States when the defacto legalized the narcotic marijuana in two States of the Union.
Just hearing more on the radio with regard to the smoking license. If they want to quite smoking then they get all the money they paid for the license plus interest back as a matter of incentive to quit smoking.
The woman's voice is British so it probably is a BBC program. BBC radio is one of my favorite news programs.
