Completely made it up because I found it to be funny for some odd element of truth in it or reverse of truth in it?

This type of humor comes from seeing a broken plastic Buick park in front of my house in a school zone in Whitefish Bay and watching four black women or girls get out and go somewhere either a nearby house or the school, and then hearing infantile and mocking big lip like voices start in.
And I know the Buick is plastic because it has a "cracked" left front fender with the pieces missing!
