They don't fit the typical criminal profile.

 

9 million dollars equates to the yearly interest on 1.8 billions dollars at 1/2% interest rate.

So a Utility would have to borrow 1.8 billion dollars in order to foot the salary of its chief executive if the commonalized interest revenue rate on that money was 1/2%. And you go to your bank do you even get any interest on deposits in checking accounts? No! And you haven't for a long time!

So do these chief executives deserve that much money? For what? Putting up with a queer personality that was in the position before them until they become just like them? The Constitution was written by men and not people who believed in that type of apprenticeship!

But what is you homes average yearly electric/ gas bill? Probably around $2200.oo

So how many utility customers bills does that equate to in the community you live in; I live in Wisconsin. $9,000,000.oo/$2,200.oo= 4090. His yearly salary is equivalent to 4090 customers electric/gas bills.

What bothers me is that somehow they strong armed in a bill whereby if you produce your own electricity you are fined. This while the CEO makes $9 million dollars a year!

If you talked to him would you be impressed to the point where you believed him to earn $9 million a year? I wouldn't! I had talked directly to many fortune 500 CEO's when I was a Associate Equity Research Analyst; they are very nervous in an odd way! Uptight! And the blue blood support that they have all talk in a certain manner.

Now so you figure that the President of a Utility makes very responsible decisions like men do. That isn't the case is it! They evade all measures of pollution control through pass the buck method. And our water and fish are full of mercury because they did not institute the required pollution controls. Instead what did they do? Somehow they weaseled themselves out $9 million dollar a year salaries.

And I have talked to engineers who have told me that they are negligent in how they set up their electric power producing equipment in the power generation facilities. And what does that lead to? Excess vibration causing them to fall into Lake Michigan. Then there is the issue of coal ash contaminating rivers while they sat back and watched it happen.

But perhaps we have a different type of case that we can bring! When something goes wrong we say that they should have spent the money on repairs and required equipment rather than skimming off $9 million dollar salaries.

Where did the money go for the repairs? You stole it in the form of self compensation didn't you! Now there may not be a law that directly defines it but we know they committed a crime don't we!

Perhaps the law that defines it is that the Corporate structure of limited liability is unconstitutional because it is the equivalent of the granting of a title of nobility with the divine right implied in nobility! A King has no liability for their actions either! We are a Republic not a Kingdom! So indeed I created a petition that covers the issue very broadly! Don't expect you to sign it!

Not only are they ruining the water and air in the United States but also the world over! Who would do that? Those who hate men and the freedom of men!
