If a Corporation Loses it's Limited Liability and is sued until Insolvent 03 16 2013
Part of the money recovered could go to help support workers who lost their jobs? And shareholders gone bankrupt.
This would indeed help to mitigate the true economic impact when laws are actually enforced as they should be to put Corporations that do not benefit the Public out of business!
If the money goes straight to the government then everyone can be assured to have food and shelter and therefore nothing to complain about; other than that they are being actively prevented from further harming members of the human race. -Sounds like them doesn't it?
I think you are going to see a new breed of lawyer emerge that is not in it for the money. They will named be something like a hunter killer lawyer and will not take a yearly income more than a fireman makes. And they may indeed by the only hope for all of us.
They would just enjoy taking the pacifier away from the wealth class that has not been a responsible ruling class in any way!
