Inventions Needed Meat Substitute in a Glass Jar 03 09 2013
Often for a weekend breakfest one likes to have breakfest sausage. Good breakfest sausage is very hard to find and source. Not only that it takes too long to cook while all that smoke rises off the stovetop into your eyes.
What we need is a breakfast sausage in a glass jar. A meat substitute.
It can't have too much salt.
It can't have too much of those mexican spices that bring on a bowel movement.
It has to last so that for a while after it is opened in the refrigerator so you use it all up and it does not go bad. Or maybe only come in 12 oz jars for a very modest price.
I would expect that it would be made out of beans of some sort.
