In the United States if you actually want to live somewhere you have to buy the property! You have to pay what is called money for it. You can't just take it from someone who possess it; meaning owns it. Could someone from outer space might conclude, that a country that we are told is an ally of the U.S. is a property thief?
How wealthy could a Real Estate Tycoon become if he did not have to pay for Land?
