The oximeter reading doesn't seem to
give me an accurate state of how fresh I am feeling! Even though it
usually reads 99 % as high as it can get! Therefore what is needed
is a different method to test blood oxygen! And that would be a Cell
Oxygen Receptor Metabolism Efficiency!!!
This factor can be increased if one exercises immediately after doing work!
The issue isn't blood availability but also organ cell and mitochondria utilization potential.
Your blood oxygen level could be high because your organs can't utilize it as they should?
