If they were really skilled at mixology then they could indeed make viable and cheap flavored drink alternatives to the ones that are alcohol based; but they cannot!
And indeed if they really had those skills we would see those types of restaurants popping up all over the place!
So maybe when the time comes for such places they will be barred from employment in them!
