Numbers are back of envelope interpolations.

Reagan was the worst, but Barrack isn't done.

Prior to Ronald Reagan from 1944 to 1981 the National Debt was Stable at about 3 Trillion.

So what exactly happened with Ronald Reagan?  His favorite saying was, "No new taxes?"  But it doesn't really make any sense?  What is going on behind the scenes?  Does it have to do with the price  of oil?  Reagan got into office and won the election by giving arms to Iranians in exchange for United States hostages they were holding; Carter was President at that time and Reagan did not have the authority to do that.  Another thing that happened early to mid Reagan's Presidency was the Berlin Wall came down.

How many Russians immigrated to the United States at that time?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_to_the_United_States
From 1986 to 2012 the most immigrants that came to the United States were actually from Mexico 5.5 million followed by these countries not in order;  Philiphines, China, India, Vietnam, and the Dominican Republic.

But what about manufacturing in the United States, that has to do something with debt.

Manufacturing jobs went from 17.4 million in 2000 to 11.5 in 2011.

What about the percent of mentally ill in the United State per year?  Could find those stats but make the comparison of the following photographs?

Uncanny resemblance. Those are Hugh Grant and James Holmes.   I can remember how the Englishman Hugh Grant bragged on a talk show once that he had many women that he slept with and bought houses for each!

I might ask what the cost to our Economy has been from English immigrants?

We need a DNA database in order to bring fairness back to the United States.
