Milwaukee's high School Suspension rate part 2 on 03 04 2015
From my experience some weak minded teachers like to have the bad children in class because it takes the focus away from them having to answer questions! That was the case in college too! So they play their part in networked fraud. And when you become an adult what you are going to find out is that all those kids who were suspended, the worst kids ever because highly successful in life. Through things like mortgage fraud, house short selling, basically draining the value of the American dollar to zero.
