Some evil beast surveilling you and stewing at you at the same time is the exact opposite of Homeland Security, National Security and world safety!
Surveillance only brings out the negative emotions of envy, jealousy and anxiety as the person spying realizes they will never be as good as you are at anything. And that leads to them stalking you and ultimately violence. Those negative emotions also lead them to have the delusion that they really own you. This is all the dark side of human nature that has never been documented at college universities! Instead just the opposite has happened!
The illness created by those negative emotions does indeed pose a great threat to humanity!
