State of the Nation address by Thomas Paul Murphy and Guantanamo Bay 11 03 2013

What is this really?  It is what is missing in our country today!  I just watched 60 minutes tonight and had to write on the segments!  Why?  A moral obligation as an American; a civic duty!

Per our Constitution no American is to be subject to cruel and unusual punishment.  Our military wants to say that those prisoners of Guantanamo bay are not U.S. Citizens.  They miss the point entirely!  What that provision really means is that we don’t want people living in the United States that would subject other people to cruel and unusual punishment!  The Constitution is about We the People!  And that is the spirit of the law.  There is not to be any comparison made that this person is so bad that another equally bad person that is a U.S. citizen can subject him to cruel and unusual punishment!  The subject of this is that the U.S. citizen that would subject someone else to cruel and unusual punishment does not belong here because he would incite just the exact action that the terrorist took against the United States!!!!  The line of the Constitution is meant to protect us from those types of people that would subject others to cruel and unusual punishment!  That is why it is a violation of the Constitution!  The Constitution was not written by a father that justified or tried to allow his own son to be declared not guilty of crimes that he committed!  That belief is not a United States belief!

The Constitution doesn’t say, “If someone kills Americans you can bring out the creepiest of Americans to punish them and torture them for information!”  Do you want to rewrite the Constitution to take into account your creepy children that don’t belong here, is that what you want to do!

If we were at War with a foreign country at the end of the War usually all the prisoners go back home because the War is over!  But it does not appear that we declared War?  We aren’t calling it War!  If it isn’t really War than is it really bullying?  And isn’t that what the terrorist accused the United States of in the first place!

In that special court when the Red Hockey Light goes on it means that classified information is being released!  Has there ever been a better condemnation of an American court in the History of the United States!  “Okay everybody out of here because we information that means they are not guilty is being released!”  “We can’t have anybody hear the information that means they are not guilty!”  If you are an American that concept should make your blood boil!  What does it mean?  It means that a precedent is being set where any American can be shang highed! And that violates our due process!

Can a legal analogy be drawn here?  If there is one of those 11 million illegal immigrants that came across the border under the watch of George Bush as Governor of Texas and President of the United States and he killed an American… should not those Guantanamo Bay prisoners be treated in the exact same manner?  You are going to make the counterargument that 3000 Americans were killed it the World Trade Center Bombing!  I would make the rebuttal that those 11 million illegal immigrants are causing a lot of deaths, crime, deaths through drug trafficking, economic deterioration through under the table compensation, that they are indeed crowding out the American Worker.  In effect your argument has been checked!

So we would indeed if those killers of Americans in America were in a foreign country we would bring them to the U.S. and try them here!  And maybe they do the time here or back home. But where is there home?  Here is where it gets interesting!  They were financed by Saudi Arabia!  They were financed by Osama Bin Laden the son of a wealthy Saudi Arabian oil family!  So indeed the war should have been against Saudi Arabia!  But it wasn’t was it?  The son still had the money and likely received the money after he financed his crime against the United States.  So really it invalidates the Saudi Government as a legitimate Government.  Now it all goes back to FDR!  After WWII Roosevelt went right over to Saudi Arabia and met with them.  Who knows what went on there!  But the point is that Saudi Arabia can be thought of as a way to control prices of oil and keep the oil companies profitable!  Not only that whenever it looks like we are going to go Solar they bring the price of oil down to zilch!  No tell me who is really controlling Saudi Arabia?  The oil companies!  And George Bush was an Oil man, well he never likely drilled a hole in his life or put a pit on a drilling rod, but he still says he is an oilman!

So why have we kept them on ice for 12 entire years and tortured them!  That one man was water boarded times in one month!  Okay I don’t want anyone who would authorize that or actually going through it living in the United States of America!  And you know what?  It is like Iran Contra!  People were incited to unrest over that and one actually shot Reagan!  And after that we had gun control laws another direct violation of the United States Constitution!

So again, why are they keeping him on ice for an entire 12 years?  Because they do not want a legal precedent to be declared regarding torture?  There already have been legal precedents declared over torture!  You can’t do it per our Constitution.  That doesn’t mean you can go on Vacation and torture people somewhere else just to get it out of your system!  It should have never been in your system because it defines you to be an animal and not a human being with conscience and reason!  But they want the American public to believe that there is none by delaying the matter!  That is an act of horrific deception, to pretend you don’t know what law applies because you are guilty and it means they are innocent!  That is not the Spirit of the United States. It is a crime against humanity and punishable by the death penalty anywhere in the world but for some reason we backed off of that in the United States?  What does that back off mean?  It means that those in power do not care for the Constitution and all the rights in there any more than a grain of salt!  It is called evidence of human logic!  It is evidence or conclusions that are based on a human conscience and human reason!  And a lot of what represents human conscience and human reason has been defeated in the United States!!!

That is not the Spirit of the United States! It is the spirit of someone that was mentally incompetent and never should have been allowed to put a line of yes men cowards to support him!  In other words people like him should have never been allowed to have gotten as far as they did!  And once he gets in office he screws everything up so bad that he has to redefine everything he did in terms of new laws so that he can assert he never did anything wrong!  Most of us learn at an early age that life doesn’t work that way!  But he and they didn’t!  Ask yourself why not?

So why don’t they want to make a end point with regard to justice for torture?  Because they have been doing it to human beings ever since the FDR administration took office and declared that an individual must surrender his individualism in favor of a coven of feeble minded- that was the Eugenics that the Wisconsin Eugenicists propagandized to FDR and the world.  And if you do a search your computer ought to be able to pull up a wealth of information with regard to that if your search engine is not censoring your acquisition of knowledge!

One of those men is accused of masterminding the terrorist act!  Did he actually have the money to finance the act? No!  Again that came from the Saudi Royal Family, indeed money paid to them by the United States Tax payer that owns a car and fills it up with gas!  We paid those terrorists to bomb us?  And we elected and paid our Government to torture people?  I didn’t authorize that, hey neighbor did you?  “Yep I did he replied.”  Well that is another one that doesn’t belong here!

What is my point?  I could have imagined that whole terrorist concept in my mind and there could have been a satanic person standing right alongside me and listening to my very thinking, just like Nazi era Wolf Messing did to a woman in Nazi Germany!  If I imagined it am I guilty of any crime! Absolutely not!

I did not plan it in terms of guilt!  And Jesus was indeed wrong when he said even if you think it you have sinned in your heart and actually sinned!  That is only in the Bible to tell us of the existence of people like Wolf Messing or the archetype of Satan in our world!  Now let’s say that I planned to build an Italian Sports car.  And I planned to put every criminal minded Italian to work on an assembly line making them!  I should indeed get credit for that idea because it is mine!  You see how it works, I imagine something bad and the hound dog takes off I am not the hound dog, I imagine something good and the son of an oilman takes credit for it and I am still poor!  Why does it work this way ask the Satanic?  Because per our Constitution you are not supposed to be here in the first place!  We are not supposed to have to put with you in the United States!  By the way there are no robots at that assembly line of the Italian Car maker!  Are you up to it in the United States; those of the criminal mind?  Only this would not be a 12 cylinder gas guzzler it would be a solar powered sports car with just as eloquent lines!  It would be called The Lion of Judah!

I got off topic there.  But if a person is guilty of masterminding a crime that means that every murder mystery writer is party to the crime of murder!  It means that every writer who imagines an episode of a murder crime show is collectively guilty of murder!  Why do I say collectively?  Because any murder that is plotted in the United States is plotted with the information masterminded by murder mystery writers and television series writers of the same death genre!  Give them a few beers so their hippo campus can no longer sort fantasy from reality and then stand back and say it wasn’t your fault when violence happens!  Do you get it?  We know that alcohol causes pyschosis! And for this purpose it can be thought of as a break from reality caused by not being able to process memories via the hippocampus.  But what if acts of violence are not psychosis?  What if the King of England came over to the United States with chains and said he was here to take mental slaves! Someone shoots him right away!  That person is not psychotic because he in no way, shape or form had a break from reality!  Do you get it?  Do you see the difference!  Let’s say a prison guard that tortured a prisoner is killed!  Is that killer psychotic?  No, he was protecting his guaranteed Constitutional rights! To say that they don’t apply to foreigners is much like Corporate America outsourcing labor to foreign countries that use slave labor!  The argument doesn’t hold up!  With regard to human rights it is not what you can get away with George Bush!!! It is the fact that you want to get away with it and do indeed get away with it that makes it the worse of crimes that is a violation of the United States Constitution!  You have to understand why the Constitution was created- to protect human rights in a country that was formed by people that fled from horrific people that would abuse them!  That is indeed the spirit of the law!  We didn’t get here write the Constitution to protect our rights and then say, “Oh lets go get King George of England to have on hand in case we need someone creepy here to torture human beings!”  Are you kidding me!  That would never happen!  We were setting a very good example to the rest of the world with regard to what is and is not acceptable human behavior for a society!  We don’t get some rich son of a former President in office to redefine all that for us!  We do not allow a succession of mentally defective to pick away at our Constitution through false syllogism logic!

The President of the United States takes an oath to protect the Constitution when he is sworn into office!  Barrack has not done that, George Bush did not do that and also Franklin Delano Roosevelt did not do that!  Sure you think Roosevelt was the best President in the world but you don’t know what I know!

So what would I do if I were Barrack Obama today?  I would send the secret service to arrest any and all members of our military who authorized, oversaw or committed torture!  Why?  Because they have violated the human rights of our Constitution they have indeed put both my life in danger and the lives of Americans who believed in honesty at risk too; again by violated the Constitution!!!!

Those who are guilty of something always stand back and say they never provoked anything!  What they failed to recognize when money put them in office is that when you break the Constitution you do indeed provoke a great deal!  And indeed that is why it is an impeachable offense to incite CIVIL unrest, and violating the Constitution is the best way to do that!  And it has been done far too often.  They would like you to believe that you have to be the top of your law school graduate to understand what the Constitution means!  That isn’t true!  They want you to also believe that a false syllogism of legal decisions disproves any gripe you have against them!  That isn’t true!  The Constitution is being blatantly violated and has been since FDR!  And the more of the General Public they get to believe that, the more of the General public they dumb down, the more of the General public they get to not believe in themselves, the worse the violations to the Constitution that they commit become!

Let me ask you what you expect to happen when someone makes a blatant violation of the Constitution and an American Citizen stands up and say’s, “You can’t do that!”  That honest and proud American can never overcome the weight of evidence, buearocracy, kings pawns and criminally attained money that put that President in office!  That last concept is a good one too!  If you violate the Constitution enough times you have effectively allowed criminals to profit from those violations of the Constitution and their profits to buy a Presidency!

The reason they were tortured is because the Satanic do not have a connection from their memories to their mouth, because that transportation depot of the brain is defective!  (Reagan the hippo campus and Alzheimer’s)  So indeed when they torture a human being they actually dislocate that human mind from them and that is how they derive the information!  It was the same principle as why Jesus Christ was crucified, lead wine retards believed that they could be all he was and know all he was if they killed him!  And they also believe if they kill a bad person it makes them more of bad people because of the same principle, who knows?  Sounds more like they don’t like to kill those who commit crimes against humanity out of a projection of self pity!  They might think something like, “I saw a man tortured on television and I identified with the character (What is that television series where that is the main character), so I in effect am guilty of that torture to and no we can’t execute those people.”  Believe it or not that is just how the feeble minded think!  You ever worked with any that weren’t rich or were rich?  I have!  I grew up in Whitefish Bay Wisconsin a very wealthy suburb of a major brewery town in American History!  There is a real reason the kids of drinkers are different!

I always believed that I would be a millionaire by the time I was thirty.  I never believed it was a delusion of self and never will, even though it was never realized!

And why do they always have to go to Guantanamo Bay to adjudicate on those Prisoners?  If you don’t know wealthy men of power you never will!  They are going there to get laid!  And I have indeed called for a DNA database to account for all the bastard based favoritism that has gone on!  Is there a precedent for my belief they are going to Guantanamo Bay to get laid?  Yes!  That is what happened with Obama and the secret service in Mexico!  It makes you wonder if there are any men in prison at all in Guantanamo!  Those could have been actors for all we know!  The whole thing just set up so they could go to Cuba to get laid!  There is even a secret underground passage to Camp David where they bring the whores in from!  I could never do that!  Any child I have I would have to consider an extension of myself and take care and hence personally raise him as best I could!  Why?  Because I would not want to be that son of a single mother!
