If he would ever be considered as having the integrity to play again he must provide details of the issue and who was involved, all the people he talked to with regard how to cheat the system as well as indeed how the system could be made airtight so that no one is ever allowed to get away with it again! And it can't be done! And also any knowledge of other players who have cheated the system in any league! And indeed how if he were allowed to play again how he would reinvest that money $120 mil in the Milwaukee community to make it a better place.
