Surpluses from University of Wisconsin Assets can be used to fund human rights during a Government Shutdown!

Basic human rights supersede any business interest in the United States.  The University system is indeed already part of the State of Wisconsin.  Can it be proven that they have abused their responsibility to human rights as part of the State of Wisconsin?  It doesn’t have to be proven.

I know that some of you from the League of Bernie Madoff think you are dam smart.

But a Corporation is not a human being!  It cannot not even give you a warm smile!  Nor does it have a conscience or reason!  So therefore any Corporation in the United States is not subject to the provisions of illegal search and seizure!  Those provisions only apply to human beings who are legal residents of the United States!

Individuals who serve as pass through entities in the United States are also not protected from search and seizure of pass through of surplus monetary assets!

And don’t ever forget that if a Corporation has either debt or common stock on its books those are all public instruments denominated with our United States currency!  That means that they were financial instruments that in some way however remote were financed by the United States public.  We see how this is true only when they get in trouble and the United States Taxpayer has to give them money back such as was the case with Citibank and General Motors!

In summary these are all assets that can be legally tapped in order to sustain human rights in the United States in the event we drift into a Genocidal depression from our elected officials ineptitude, negligence and misrepresentation!

Even a five year old black girl knows a Corporation is not a human being!  No matter what legalese is spoken to her and may she always know the difference!

So if we indeed need to fund a national health care policy so that we do not violate human rights in the United States how do we do that?  It is very simple we tap and liquidate any and all assets that is standing in the way of Human Rights in the United States! Primarily Tea Party assets and the assets of companies in the Health Insurance and Health care field!  ~And any pass through corporate entities!

What Human Rights am I speaking about?

Article 25.

• (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
• (2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26.

• (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
• (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
• (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

When the scales of justice tip in the direction of University and their employed violating human rights The right to a free college education can be deemed to be warranted based on that empirical evidence!

Also

And for a human being to be involuntarily medicated by a Corporate pass through entity is indeed a violation of many of their human rights including but not limited to: Article 5.

• No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Involuntarily medicating someone or committing them violates just about every one of the 30 articles from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights!  But I don’t have time or space to articulate that now.

And indeed our New Pope said he is interested in feeding the poor!  That does indeed mean that church assets can be utilized to feed the poor.  And what is the sense in feeding them if they do not have a place to stay?  The church doors open!  It is about time the Catholic Church put its money where its mouth is concerning the teachings of Jesus Christ,  who is defined in the Bible to be a non duplicitous Jew, and human rights!

And do the rights of the faithful poor trump those of the wealthy who have committed great crimes in the name of money?  Absolutely!

For those white people who are still uncomfortable around black people you might find out that you like them better than most white people. I actually believe that all health clubs should be nationalized.  I like working out alongside black people! (The greater majority.) What you do indeed experience when you do is a legitimate human relationship and respect and not what might be called a draw down?  There is a great difference in human learning through imprinting by people that care for human rights and those who imprint their children on minds that are demonized under duress!  What is human love and creates reason and conscience and the other has yet to be adequately defined in our modern day and age!  What you will indeed see on television is that black people are demonized by the most horrific crimes of a few just as those who snap and are labeled mentally ill are!  You do not see the greatness of the human soul of either portrayed on television.  What you instead see is pry bar being wielded that defeats their human rights!

When can indeed step back and see who has violated our human rights and a thorough and detailed psychological analysis of them should be made!  That is our future!

I could also expound on the concept of human rights in the article and provide a correct  and broadly based spirit of the Constitution interpretation with regard to equal pay for equal performance!
