Why forced commitment and medication is illegal under the people with disabilities act 10 11 2013
It is very simple, the only thing that all anti-psychotic medications have in common is that they prevent higher brain function. So in effect after you have medicated a person you have further disabled them! You have indeed disabled someone likely for the rest of their lives! You have indeed violated their rights to work! Not only that you have labeled them as having a disability that might not even be a valid disability. It is kind of like how Tanya Harding competed in the Olympics by having her boyfriend hit Nancy Kerrigan's leg with a pipe! Accept it becomes a lot harder to prove because when a persons higher brain function is muted to zero they cannot validly express themselves. Not only that you have traumatized them by defining them to be something they likely are not! Nobody really wants to see a Tanya Harding compete in our world or business in any form! It should make the honest American or world citizen sick!
If you had a person hit on the head with a pipe and they could not verbally express themselves because of it you could have them committed! And what if you pistol whip someone on the head? Do you know who knew about mental slavery and was beaten on the head because of it? Charles Sumner the man who is most responsible for freeing the slaves! It is a matter of silencing the critics and the competition!
The burden of proof should fall on a jury comprised of people who have also been labeled mentally ill who also do not believe they are mentally ill to have that person committed. The mentally ill are far different than the mentally defective. The mentally defective were that way all their life because of a brain defect. The mentally ill lived a normal and happy life and were likely made incoherent through actions of the mentally defective! The mentally defective can never change because they learned from making a connnection to people whom they abused. And the reason they are this way is likely do to a defect in the hippocampus whereby whatever past memories they have are not as good and rich as those they make by demonizing and victimizing a human being.
In summary you cannot take steps to insure that a person will always have a disability by medicating them because it in fact gives them a disability! It is like screwing a 3 pound lead weight on the top of a persons head and then mocking them because they can't hold their head up proudly! "He looks sleepy doesn't he! No he didn't work out with us either!"
In summary every person that is brought in to be judged as mentally ill should first undergo a detoxification program! This would include elements that ch elate lead and mercury from their metabolism as well as Candida. Not only that they should receive a shot of b12 to detoxify any atrazine from herbicides present in their bodies. A shot of Adrenalin to help facilitate their kidney function would also greatly benefit them! And it often helps if they are just allowed to get in their car and drive. And when they arrive somewhere where other people do not know where they are in any way, what they find out is that they don't hear voices at all! What does that tell you of the origin of the voices? It is a medical fraud! When your neighbor who has an odd electrical device mounted in the drywalled attic of his garage goes on a family vacation and you no longer hear voices for an entire week it means that schizophrenia is a medical fraud. And after all that you record or have them write their story. No matter how paranoid it might seem. And indeed the interviewer should steer the person to express everything bad that happened to them! Every act that a person did or said to them that ruined their day and made them sad. What you are going to find is that these people are not mentally ill at all! You will find that they have more human emotions than the general population. You will find that they indeed had a great many skills and loving parents. So what you should indeed be analyzing and potentially medicating is those that do not believe in work as a bonding type experience! And you will find these in droves! And they have indeed run up the $16.9 trillion dollar debt! You have been weeding people out of our society for over 50 years. Before Kennedy was shot the incidence of what is termed schizophrenia, literally means split mind, was very rare! When you weed the few, the proud and the brave from our society you end up with a $16.9 trillion dollar debt and nothing to show for it!
As a side note, that house that has the odd electrical device I call the Cornucopia mounted in the garage rafters and pointed at my house, has two phone lines coming in to it when they say that they no longer even have a land line to their house because they have gone to all cell phone! Not only that it appears that a few summers back a separate electric supply or line was wired into that garage from the street. And indeed do you know what is right across the street from that house? The Milwaukee head office for special education! I had often thought if one were to monitor the electric power usage of a house without many people ever present that you could indeed prove that power was being used by such device. And after I considered that I watched as the ditch was dug and I believe a hidden electric line laid in the ground!
I read recently that common electromagnetic fields are within the range of human hearing! So the next question becomes, are ham radio operators part of this horror? And I can tell you plenty of stories about the negative personalities and bad motivations of people that I have known were indeed ham radio operators! This technology has come a very long way since Hitlers regime admitted to using radio like technology to control a nation of 80 million dependent minded. It has come a long way since Marconi an Italian Nazi admitted to discovering the force of God to the Pope! What was he getting at? If you ever read the Bible you see that God does indeed speak to people in their heads. But the nature of God in the Bible is not what is taught in Catholic Church. God from the Bible is someone that had a defective hippocampus and was therefore a shadow of a persons mind. What I am proclaiming is that in our modern age technology is used to facilitate the concept and create the mentally ill through attrition!
