Tell me how this is consistent with Flynn's goal of building public trust?
And what else, this man receives a pension when indeed the Police department is always asking for more money.
When I was a boy my Italian friend told me that the Police used to just chain someone to a wall and beat them up. Also when I was in High School the police took a kid out in the middle of nowhere and beat the crap out of him. It wasn't me or a friend of mine, and granted it was a really bad kid! But still.
Where this comes from is therefore an Italian man being president of the Milwaukee Police Union and taking us back to the old ways.
It is not out of the question that as a matter of public service in the Milwaukee Police Department that Police are not allowed to drink! In fact I would make that a rule. It is constitutional because it protects the officers right of Liberty to be free from addiction! When a person is addicted they are not at Liberty to stop hence their right to Liberty has been violated!
The police force should maintain the highest standard of integrity and that would be consistent with what the standard of integrity should be and our U.S. Constitution.
Milwaukee you should be crying in shame!
Tell what the average man would do if their good son was chained by the wall and beaten by anyone at all in the United States, and not some chicken 5417 drug yard in Mexico.
And I have a big problem with the Milwaukee Police Department denying the request for the video of the officer in question beating the man. The Police Department cited the internal investigation.
I believe that any government official that denies the request for information content on fraudulent meaning false or lying grounds should never be allowed to work in public service. Not only that, the apple does not fall far from the tree so any son of his has a check mark by his name , picture and DNA identification card!
With this officers rap sheet he should have been off the force a long time ago.
And Milwaukee do you want to know why there are not more good police officers? How do you work with someone like that? How? I would define someone that acted like that as enemy of the public.
