Why we have gun laws today 10 02 2013 update #4

( I wrote this in response to seeing a motorcycle gang chase down a man in an SUV and attempt to kill him.  That is a prime example of why we should have no gun laws whatsoever!  If you are chased down by a motorcycle gang like that I believe you are justified in opening fire and killing every single one of them!  By default they are out looking for trouble and also endangering your safety on the road by recklace driving!  And don't try and deny the truth in defense of motorcycle riders! That could have been any United States Citizen in that SUV!  Anyone!  So therefore anyone has the right to have a gun on hand in order to defend themselves of an emerging threat like that!  And in order to defend yourself from attack by a motorcycle gang you do need high capacity magazines!  The best types of bullets are also made of fused lead because they will leave an entry hole and an exit hole and thereby cause two bleeding holes!  A bullet through the chest area is likely to provide all the mushroom force needed even if it is solid fused lead by the effect it has when it hits bone and takes it through or in the direction of the exit hole with it!  Not only that there is a greater sense of shock to a living animal when it knows it has two exterior wounds instead of one!  You can't tell me a mushroom bullet is better.  Any bullet fired into the upper rib cage that has the inherent mass to make it to the other side is going to take some bone with it because a person has bones in both the front and back of the lungs of the rib cage.  This is not the conventional advice that you will see being given in terms of self defense and guns.  You do not use a gun to wound a human being you only use it if you intend to kill one!  It is either a you are or you are not decision!  So think long and hard about it ahead of time.  In that video about the time the man wielded the helmet and charged the car would be when you had encountered a deadly force and had the right to take him down dead and everyone of his gang!  Sure you might get a Confederate Jury that will vote against you!  But if I were a judge that is how I would rule on it!  Gangs support one another in criminal violence and they are also responsible for drug dealing!  You would not be protecting your family if they were in the car with you if you did not anticipate the other motorcylce gang members were not also going to be violent against you and take proactive deadly force action against them.  The next thing a responsible man would think in a case like that from real world history is that after that ape of a person breaks my window he intends to body slam me on the concrete and break my back and thereby kill me!  That is how the intent of deadly force against you is established in case like that!  That very incident has indeed happened!  So you need a gun of sufficient caliber most would say a 9mm, 40 or 45 would do, those are in approximate order of diameter in fractions of an inch for the later two.  A 38 or 9mm might not be enough.  You also need two high capacity clips of 15 rounds each in order to confront a situation like that!   And of course I am basing this on just what I saw in that video without regard to any more evidence one way or the other that comes out!

And one thing a family man driving a car like that might not know is that when a woman is raped by the likes of that she is highly likely not to be able to have children afterwards due to tissue damage, shock, trauma (2 types) and even the psychological effect.  One could even say her soul was stolen in a violent event that could have followed in that scene!

And like I said I only saw the part of the video where the motorcycles are chasing the SUV and attacking the driver!  So that is all this comment is with regard to.  It doesn't matter whatever else happened because this commentary only applies to what I first witnessed!  The beginning of the scene was not presented when I saw it on television?  Ulterior motive?


And if you yell, "G0d d@mned N1993r," to help in the defense of yourself in a situation like that it is not part of any hate crime!
And black people you would like me because I am one of the few Americans today that can validly call a white person of no negro descent or blood a "White n1993r!"  And indeed that anti hate speech was not put in place to protect blacks but the progression the concept could take when the idea of what a n1993r is and is applied to white people!  And you can do a reference search in the box above using the term movie theater or movie for the concept behind that!  Someone that saves money by seeing through the eyes of other people being termed the legitimate word of the English language Niggardly!  You want to know something about your history that they never want you to know black people?  Every white slave owner was a "White n1993r"  And those from that era of United States history were indeed defeated in the Civil War! Every black person that was whipped and beaten had both their human mind and soul stolen from them!  And the same thing goes for everyone labeled schizophrenic in the United States today, it is mental slavery!  And it will be to your grate shame when it is revealed that black people have participated in it!

And one more point black people, if you consider the enemy or your enemy to be your friend.  (It isn't always true but in some sense it is very valid.)  Then poverty and crime and the conditions precedent to them are your enemy.  They have also been my lifelong enemy too!  And to seek personal gain while turning a blind eye to conditions precedent to poverty and crime does not address the issue!  For to address personal poverty might still leave you open to "threat" of nationwide poverty!  And this does indeed have personal implications with regard to your responsibility with regard to our civilization, that you don't like or refuse to recognize, why?  Because you have been given a comfortable life and don't want to jeopardize that in any way out of fear!  And that is indeed the nature of success in the United States today!  It really means that you are complacent with creating victims!


Why we have gun laws today!

Basically for two reasons!

1.        Guns were used by the organized crime to defeat Prohibition!  The logic to this does not make any sense.  Because the good guns should have defeated the bad guns in Prohibition.  So one has to ask why they did not?  The answer might like in England tampering with the United States again!  We know that England did indeed help out the Confederacy during the Civil War!  Charles Sumner was so angry that he demanded that England turn over all of Canada to the United States.  What kind of gun was used during Prohibition?  The Thompson Submachine Gun.  Thompson is indeed a pure English name as opposed to Murphy!  What is the point?  There was a shipment of Thompson sub machine guns that was headed to the Irish Republican army.  Some were confiscated by England but some made it through.  I believe that what made it to Ireland might have been tampered with so that it was ineffective sabotage if you will!  Just like the use of the AR-15 in Viet Nam is also sabotage and we are due for a qui tam lawsuit resulting from it!  The AR-15 gun is an aircraft survival weapon.  For a rifle it has a very short barrel that means it is inaccurate at long distances when rifles are indeed meant to be used at long distance!  That is why you make a rifle.  Not only that the bullet from an AR-15 is said to be tumbling bullet.  Now some people will say that is more deadly because it cavitates.  But we already know it is useless!  I have been told by Viet Nam vets that U.S. servicemen could empty an entire magazine from the less than ¼ inch diameter bullet into a communist and they would keep running at them!  They did not go down!  They were better off pulling out their .45 sidearm and firing at them!  The ineffectiveness of this gun was proven when a police officer was shot 12 times with one at a recent shooting and still survived.  Aside from circumstance it should never take more than 2 bullets to kill someone.  Aim to kill with the first, if you miss a kill shot upon wounding the second shot becomes the kill shot!

So could Thompson Submachine guns been modified so that one side the Prohibition side were inaccurate?  Or were the Thompsons that made it to the IRA sabotaged to become inaccurate?  How could this be done?  If they were modified so that the rifling was removed!  The rifling is what gives the bullet its spiral motion and that makes it fly straight!   Same principle as with a football.  You put a spiral on it and it zooms out there whereas if you don’t it falls to the earth like a dead duck.  Were those machine guns used by Prohibitionist made inaccurate?  I believe there is a high likelihood they were given the precedents in United States history with regard to those who cannot stand our freedom and what insures our freedom!  The Confederacy supported by the English Monarchy survives by creating a class of people that can more easily be controlled!  In effect their rights are violated as they are poisoned with alcohol!  And who would do that?  Somebody that already had a poisoned mind and defective hippocampus!  It is the first thing to go with alcohol consumption and it is responsible for bringing a person’s memories into their conscious mind.  In other words you give people alcohol and they forget that their human rights have been abused!  We see this with Corporate America every day here!  And it has gotten so blatant that they want to lessen the Constitution so that abuse becomes normalized.  It was indeed Piers Morgan the Englishman who preaches on CNN who blatantly   stated the United States Constitution was rubbish!

We have gun control because many people on the bad side were killed with them during Prohibition! We have gun control so that United States Citizens can not rise against the evils of this country such as those that are indeed fostered and created by alcohol!  We have gun control because the U.S. lost the war of Prohibition!  Save reason we have widespread drug use everywhere!  And I do believe we have gun control because the guns on the side of Prohibition were sabotaged!  It is like the boxer who has lead weight in his boxing gloves versus the one who doesn’t!  So much for the validity of the sport of Professional Boxing!  Am I the only American that believes Mike Tyson should have been hung from a noose on a light pole immediately after biting Evander Holyfield’s ear?  That was not the case.  In fact he still makes money from television appearances.  Not only that he blatantly tattoed his face to be one of a primitive cannibal from his native country.  Now I am digressing a bit here.  But everyone wants to say how mean we were to the Native Americans as well as black people.  Let’s get one thing straight, both had a history of eating people alive!  That does not fit in with the civilization of the United States Constitution and our basis for human rights!  You don’t have the right to do that!  You do not have the LIBERTY to eat people!  That is not what LIBERTY means!  And that might be hard for some of you to understand!  I am saying that people who have ancestral history of eating other people that they revert to should be executed for a crime against humanity!  I’ll get into that issue a little more in an article that specifically addresses it and the bad nature it is causing in our country today!

But with regard to alcohol I am going to make one very important point.  If you cannot teach your own children how to read from how you learned how to read in grade school you would be a prime candidate for eviction from the United States in my point of view!  And there are a great many white people that make up the majority of that grouping that should go!  And what do they also believe in alcohol!  And what have they done?  Created gun control laws to prevent people from objecting to their feeble minded nature!  Instead of learning for themselves they dun a human being for their human soul!  And it is indeed behind the reason why Barrack Obama wants even more gun control! That is a violation of our Constitutional rights!  What is this?  Those without intellectual talent of their own creating a culture whereby the might make right and earn the high money!  That is why Professional Sports took off!  Had there have been Prohibition in place it would be firemen and meat packers with a lot of excess energy playing on weekends as a form of male camaraderie!  Instead we have steroid sicko’s making more money than anyone else in our country!  Instead we have the pampered sicko!  Their salaries are paid from alcohol and that alcohol prevents the general population of ever understanding how their rights as United States citizens have been violated!

In summary the first reason we have gun control is so that we can never get mad at the drinkers again!

 The second reason that we have Gun Control is because of Ronald Reagan!  Many of you don’t know the true nature of what Iran contra was and you will only read it right here at the Milwaukeeandwisconsinnews.  Everything else that you read about it is fabricated or rewritten history!  You know I know that I summed up what Iran contra was in one good sentence and published it in my blog however when I use the search box I cannot find that good sentence.  So I will try to write it again, even though I was extremely proud of the sentence that I had written that appears to be censored out.  Wait maybe if I use Foster as a search term.

Reagan a man with a defective hippocampus who acted like he was other people for a living, became President of the United States by undermining the authority of the current then President of the United States, Jimmy Carter by giving Guns to the Iranians in exchange for American hostages and stealing the Presidential election by telling the American people he got the hostages back?  We have gun laws at the federal level because someone shot Reagan and tried to assassinate him.  And that person was also likely to have a defective hippocampus leading him to somehow believe in Jodie Foster in some way.”

That above paragraph brings up an interesting point with regard to every single conflict we have had in the Middle East in the last 40 years.  And one important point about that is also it was the next major conflict to start after the Vietnam War ended!  A war against Communism.  But that brings up another great point, the man who shot Kennedy was indeed a Communist minded American Solder!  Why would someone like that have an interest in prolonging a war against Communism by shooting Kennedy?  Because we had ineffective weapons in the Viet Nam war!  The bravest heart Americans were killed and those who weren’t were indoctrinated into the heroin culture!  “We all did it a relative of mine who served in Viet Nam told me!”  Why is this relevant?  Because heroin is coming into the United States faster than rain!  It is grown in the middle east- Pakistan and also Columbia and Mexico!  We have illegal aliens from Mexico in the United States too to the tune of 11 million!  And nothing has been done!  Bush opened the door for them as well as Heroin!  But it was indeed your Clinton in the South with the hay and the sheriffs bringing him young women that we got Nafta from!  (North American Free Trade)When I worked at First Analysis an Analyst Brian Hand asked me to review it.  I said, “I don’t like it!”  He told me that it would help us!  After 20 years it does not appear that it has!  What is the point?  Our currency should have never been allowed to be converted into currency of countries that did not respect every letter and obey every letter of our United States Constitution!  And that includes the Amendment that created Prohibition and Confederate England.  By the way in the history of the United States it was the Democratic Party of the south that supported Confederacy and slavery.  That does not appear to be the case today, it would seem to be more of the Republican Party.  However both parties seem to be teetering us in that direction.  Put it this way, a competent able bodied and minded American does not have any reason for great conflict or abuse in the workplace!  An able bodied and minded American, as we all should be, is self sufficient and has all the skills needed to earn a living and support a family.  He does not need to create a General Custards structure around himself (Ie. Corporation, literally means of the body rationed) in order to do everything that should be required to raise and support a healthy family of his creation!  There is no biological cause, related to alcohol, for him to abuse another human being or legalize the abuse of a human being!  And big conflict happens when you mess with one of these people- an honest American, a legitimate human being and a great many just like him are also awakened!

So how do you determine what one of these is like at a young age?  A normal child does not have a voice that sounds like a buzzhole xylophone bite into the forearm of a paperboy and not let go.  Nor does he walk towards a boy grab at his hair and try to bite his ear as a mentally retarded child did to me once.  And as Mike Tyson did to Evander Hollyfield.  Nor does a normal adult male wrestle by putting another male in a headlock with his legs whereby his crotch is positioned near the others mouth!  (Someone at a Milwaukee Writers Workshop told me that happened to him.  And the phrase he used was that he did what he had to do to.)  I would say that this is an Asian Communist influence or satanic influence in our society today and that this type of wrestling should be outlawed!  It just not seem to be how men wrestle!  Do you know what I am proud of? I wrestled with my nephew when he was just a boy, he said, “He wrestles like a gentle bear!”  It means you are strong but not vindictive.  It means you have nothing to prove other than the fair win.  It means you respect the sport and are a fair sportsman.  It means that you don’t enjoy causing pain in other people that you respect them even though you are competing with them!  It means that you do not leave a defeated competitor in a state of disgrace!  That is exactly how a woman wrestles!  A woman that wants to dominate men!  How do I know?  When I was a boy on the playground at Holy Family School in Whitefish Bay a girl from a few grades up started a fight with me, then she startled to wrestle with me, do you know what she tried to do?  She tried to shove my face under her skirt up by her pernell! And the mention of it is indeed made because it is humorous and I know it is humorous, but true!

Everybody is out buying AR-15s today?  What an unbelievable joke!  You will never be slaughtered faster than if you attempt to use an AR-15 in legitimate defense of yourself,  the barrel is too short, it is not good for long distance like a rifle should be, the bullet is too small, the bullet tumbles and therefore loses impact force, it has less than half the muzzle velocity of an AK-47!  It was indeed the reason we had to retreat from the Viet Nam war!  Ban guns?  There aren’t even good ones readily designed or available to buy in the first place!  No all gun laws should be Consistent with our United States Constitution and that means that there are no gun laws!  What is also means is that the good people have to have an overwhelming firepower on hand in case the bad try and rule by guns.  And the bad are ruling by guns today!  And they do not even know they are bad!  

Basically in item number one above Guns in the hands of bad people defeated a U.S. Constitutional law that would have prevented violence!  The Constitutional law was not enacted to prevent violence but had it prevailed it would have prevented violence in the long term!   That Ammendent did have a clause in it were it could be voted to go away, none of the others do as far as I am aware!  I can tell you that I have never been happier since I stopped drinking alcohol!  I can also tell you that I had drink after drink pushed on me in High School and in College.  They will keep giving it to you free!  And then when you won't even take a free one they complain that you aren't paying your share!  The idea being if you have to pay for you at least you will still drink?  Or I won't be friends with you unless you drink?  Why would anyone care if someone else did not drink in terms of friendship with them?  Do you get it?  If not I could explain it.  But not right now.
